Barry Bowen, managing director of Aluminium Frames and Tooling Solutions Ltd (AFTSL), will be exhibiting at our Automation Expo this year!

“AFTSL build machine frames, safety guarding, conveyor solutions, workbenches, trolleys, magnetic display boards, display cabinets, partitioning and basically anything requiring a frame.

We are dedicated to providing solutions for end users and machine builders in areas including machine superstructures, guarding on new and existing machines, ergonomic workplace furniture, safety zoning and full installation.

Our business is able to design your solution or supply according to your own design and bespoke requirements. All components and products used are made to a very high standard. We offer a wide range of profiles, and can supply painted in your company colours, giving a fresh, interesting look and improving the working environment.

Our system ensures high-quality products that are cost-effective, efficient and profitable for the customer.

The latest addition to our range is Lammas Conveyor Solutions. These systems work in the automotive field and specialise in the realisation of standard and special assemblies.

Lammas has its own technical team to design and create to your own specifications.

We are the UK /Ireland distributor for Elscint Automation. Elscint has been serving the world’s industry by providing low-cost automation solutions using vibratory bowl feeders, linear feeders, small parts conveyor feeders, rotary or centrifugal feeders, etc. Elscint also manufactures F.H.P. worm reduction gearboxes/motors for low-speed, high-torque, and continuous-duty applications. Elscint has a trained workforce of highly skilled engineers backed by a competent design team.

In addition to the framing side, we supply handheld and automatic machine-mounted screwdrivers for all applications.

We are able to offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of push-pull tapping machines, grinders, sanders, auto-feed drills and screwdrivers, all supplied directly to us in the UK.

AFTSL specialise in automatic screwdrivers for use in many different industrial sectors. We can offer ranges from six companies that we represent in the UK/Ireland and are available to give you expert advice and selection of the right tool for the job.
