At SP Elements we are devoted to bringing safe, affordable, and easy-to-use collaborative robots to businesses of all sizes. We supply robots that automate repetitive, dangerous and monotonous tasks, giving manufacturers the flexibility they need to achieve their business goals.
Universal Robots – The range of collaborative robots or cobots offers four different payload options – 3, 5, 10 and 16 kg. – enabling a wide variety of applications. And with six degrees of freedom, incredible flexibility, and easy integration into existing production environments, our collaborative robots are built to do more. Read more on the benefits of these.
The UR3e is an ultra-lightweight, compact collaborative industrial robot, ideal for table-top applications.
The UR5e is a lightweight, adaptable collaborative industrial robot that tackles medium-duty applications with ultimate flexibility
The UR10e is an extraordinarily versatile collaborative industrial robot, delivering both high payload (10 kg) lift and long reach (1300mm) makes it well suited for a wide range of applications.
The utility of the UR16e is unmatchable. It is built for heavy-duty tasks like machine tending, material handling, packaging, material removal, and screw and nut driving applications.
SP Elements collaborates with a wide range of world leading suppliers of end of arm tooling. This allows us to offer solutions that can be fully customised to suit most customer applications.
Grippers including electric and pneumatic can be easily attached to the cobot arms using standard attachments. Most electrical connections are simple plug and play using UR caps for seamless integration.
Vacuum pick up heads with self-generated vacuum (no external air required) Most electrical connections are simple plug and play using UR caps for seamless integration. These can be used to pick up light weigh products and minimise any possible damage to products.
Cameras and vision systems can be mounted to the end of the cobot arms for part detection and multiple part inspection. This is made possible by using the cobot to present the camera around multiple product faces.
Where standard grippers do not fulfil the application requirements, SP Automation & Robotics can design bespoke tooling which is customised to suit client needs and requirements.
To show the possibilities first hand and simplistic nature of collaborative robots SP Elements can arrange to demo on-site with clients. This will also allow us to demonstrate that no previous robot programming experience is required. Andrew Clouston – [email protected] – 07761514749 - 01382 880088
