The OnRobot Palletiser comes with intuitive, step-by-step OnRobot Palletising software and works with all leading robot arms. This cost-effective system can be configured with any combination of elements, including a high-payload lift to create a robotic 7th axis, pallet fixture, and versatile palletising gripper. Like all OnRobot products, the Palletiser is designed for fast out-of-the-box deployment and features fast programming, even for those with minimal robotic or process experience.

OnRobot Palletiser Advantages and Features

The complete system is fully integrated into the OnRobot Palletising software, so the gripper is automatically detected and gripper settings are set throughout the palletising flow and Lift100 settings are automatically calculated. The OnRobot Palletiser is ideal for high-mix, low-volume food industry applications, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceutical and healthcare products, as well as a wide range of warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing environments.
